Returns & Refunds Policy (Form&Fit)

1) Made-to-order, made for your home

Most Form&Fit orders are bespoke and made to measure (for example: media walls, under stairs storage and fitted wardrobes). Because these items are built to your measurements and chosen finish, we can’t accept returns or refunds just because you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if something is faulty, damaged, not as described, or installed incorrectly.

2) Cancelling an order

You can cancel before we begin manufacturing / cutting materials / ordering bespoke components for your job.

  • To cancel, message us as soon as possible at contact@formandfit.co.uk or WhatsApp/phone +44 7918 936069.

  • If we haven’t started production, we’ll confirm cancellation and process any refund due.

  • If production has started (or materials have been ordered specifically for your project), cancellation may not be possible, or we may need to deduct costs already incurred (for example: custom materials, bespoke components, design work).

3) No “change of mind” returns (important)

Because your order is made to your specifications, cooling-off / change-of-mind returns do not apply once we’ve started making it. 

4) Damages, faults, or something not right

Please inspect the work/item as soon as possible and contact us immediately if:

  • something is damaged,

  • something is faulty,

  • something doesn’t match the agreed design/spec,

  • or there’s an installation issue.

Where there’s a genuine issue, we’ll make it right, typically by repair/adjustment/replacement of affected parts, or a refund/price reduction where appropriate. Your rights around faulty goods/services still apply.

5) Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges on made to measure items. If something is wrong, we’ll resolve it under the section above.

6) Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is agreed, we’ll process it back to the original payment method. Banks can take a few business days to show the funds.
